FTV Production Consulting, LLC (“FTV,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) explains in this policy how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when Users visit our website or engage our services.

  • Internet or Network Activity: browsing behavior, clicks, pages visited, time spent, search activity, referring sites, and interactions with advertising.

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information unless a User voluntarily submits it for a specific consulting or audit request. When collected, it is used only for the purpose requested and is not used for behavioral advertising.

How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to: provide services (labor consulting, payroll or benefit fund audit support, training), communicate updates and administrative notices, respond to inquiries, improve the Site and services, support marketing and advertising (including retargeting), and comply with legal, payroll, tax, and labor compliance obligations when applicable to the services we provide.

Service Providers and Third-Party Sharing
We may share personal information with vendors that assist with: Site hosting and security, analytics, advertising and retargeting, course delivery or LMS registration support, and payroll or benefit fund audit defense when specifically requested by a User. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations, including payroll records, LMS enrollment and transaction data, communications, and audit defense materials. Retention periods vary based on record type and governing law. When data is outdated or no longer required, it is securely destroyed.

Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is needed to comply with law, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security issues, defend legal claims, prevent harm, or collaborate with law enforcement when legally required.

Minors
The Site is not directed at minors under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If collected without proper consent, it will be deleted.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (California Residents Notice)
If you are a California resident and there is a dispute about this Privacy Policy or related to your data rights, you and FTV agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California unless otherwise agreed. Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees unless a statute or regulation requires otherwise. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting this policy by mailing a written notice to the address listed above. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.

Updates to This Policy
We may revise this policy. Material updates will be posted with an updated Last Modified date. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of revisions.
